Starting in 1979, the layshaft was revised and a new needle roller bearing was fitted at the first gear end. This bearing is also used on the end of the mainshaft inside the first motion shaft starting in 1979, when the mainshaft spigot increased to 18mm diameter. Sold each. Our current stock of this bearing is of the improved 14 roller design, which is preferred over the 11 roller item on the market until recently. Appearance of item may vary slightly, depending on manufacturer. See also 13H9513-OE for original Rover bearings, which are slightly tapered on the end of each roller.
